Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Window

Customers can return eligible products within 5days from the date of delivery.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

• The item is in unused, resellable condition.
• All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and warranty cards are included.
• The product is returned with the original invoice/order number

Exceptions (No Return):

• Damaged due to misuse, accidental damage by the customer
• Consumable items (e.g., sealed batteries once opened)
• Software / digital downloads (some exceptions may apply)

3. Faulty / Defective Items

If the product is DOA (Dead on Arrival) or defective: Customer must report within 24-48 hours of receiving the product A replacement or refund will be issued once the defect is verified

4. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued in the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

5. Exchange Option

Customers can choose to exchange the item (same model) if it’s in original condition and within the return window — useful for wrong sizes/colors.

6. Return Shipping

Customer Pays Shipping, unless it’s a faulty/defective item

7. Warranty Information

All electronic products sold through KAD without a warranty are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered. The only exception applies to mobile phones, which may be returned subject to the conditions specified below, provided that the product fully meets the return criteria outlined in Point No. 2.
Warranty-covered mobile phones may be returned or complaints may be raised if:

• A manufacturing defect is reported within valid warranty date.
• The device is returned with its purchase invoice.
• The device is free from physical damage, scratches, cracks, water damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
• All return requests are subject to inspection and approval by our technical team and a manufacturing defect is confirmed; the company will take decision to solve its’ technical team.

The company reserves the right to reject any warranty request that does not meet the above conditions. The company’s decision on all warranty return matters shall be final.
